For years I served as both CFO and CEO of a successful family-owned metal fabrication and construction company. I designed and implemented the entire financial infrastructure from the ground up — including invoicing standards, accounts payable procedures, cash flow management systems, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual checklists that kept everything running smoothly and accurately in a real-world manufacturing environment.

That hands-on experience showed me how powerful well-designed financial systems can be for family businesses. Now I bring that same executive-level expertise to other family-owned manufacturers and builders on a flexible basis.
